The AR_TIME_INFINITE is a TIME type constant and is used in some cases to mark an infinite time (a time value that will never be achieved). It should be set to the maximal value that may be stored in the variable of TIME type. It can be written directly ((TIME) 0xFFF...) or by using conversion of signed -1 to unsigned value ((TIME) -1). The osWaitForObjectis an example of the system function that uses this constant.
