arLock function
Declaration:
BOOL arLock(void);
Return value:

Function returns TRUE if the interrupts were enabled before its execution, or FALSE if not.

Description:

The arLock function disables the interrupts (preemption) and returns state of the interrupts before disabling. This information is used by arRestore function to restore previous interrupt enable state. This allows nesting the arLock/arRestore function calls.
