OS_USE_MUTEX definition

When this constant is set to 1, the mutexes are available. When mutex objects are not used, this value can be set to 0, to reduce the output code. When the constant is not defined, the loaded value is 1.

When all objects that use the critical section are not used, and are excluded from compilation, all of the system features for controlling the critical sections will be disabled and the output code will be reduced.
