osOpenByHandle function
Declaration:
BOOL osOpenByHandle(
  HANDLE Handle
);
Parameters:
Handle

An object handle.

Return value:

TRUE on success or FALSE on failure. Use osGetLastError function to obtain extended error information.

Description:

Function opens the object by its handle and not by its name, as all remaining osOpen* functions. This function is used when the object handle is known and only a protection from the object deletion is required.

Function is available only, when the OS_OPEN_BY_HANDLE_FUNC is set to 1.
